By accessing the 777gam platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777gam Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777gam platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777gam. The English language version of these Terms shall govern in the event of any discrepancy or dispute regarding interpretation.
3.1 Age Restriction. The 777gam platform is strictly available to persons who are 18 years of age or older. It is an absolute condition of registration that the Player is of legal age to participate in online gaming activities. 777gam reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of 777gam is lawful in your location within Pakistan. 777gam makes no representation that its services are legal or available in every jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant that accessing the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation applicable to you.
3.3 Registration Process. To register on 777gam, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and create a password. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for verification. Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.
3.4 Single Account Rule. Each person is permitted to hold only one active 777gam account. Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. 777gam may merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion and may retain any balances associated with duplicate accounts.
4.1 Personal Use Only. Your 777gam account is strictly for your personal use. You may not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or operate your account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
4.2 Account Security. You must keep your password and OTP codes confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 777gam support immediately via the contact email. 777gam shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
4.3 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 777gam support. 777gam reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where: the Player is in breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity is suspected; or the Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. 777gam may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts or close them. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777gam accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Supported methods are subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.
5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. 777gam reserves the right to set individual account deposit limits.
5.3 Processing. Deposits are generally credited to the Player's 777gam wallet in real time. 777gam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile money operators. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, the Player should contact support with proof of the transaction.
5.4 Player Funds. Funds deposited into your 777gam wallet are held exclusively for gaming activity on the platform. 777gam does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are maintained separately from operational funds in accordance with applicable player protection standards.
5.5 Own Payment Methods Only. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts to fund your 777gam account is prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund investigation.
6.1 KYC Requirement. Identity verification is a mandatory prerequisite to the processing of any withdrawal from 777gam. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC or equivalent) and, where requested, supporting proof of address or payment method verification before any withdrawal will be approved.
6.2 Withdrawal Limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier.
6.3 Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified in the Player's own name and matching the KYC information on file. 777gam does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.4 Right to Request Additional Documentation. 777gam reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with a withdrawal request, including source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with AML obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal processing.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers issued by 777gam are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. 777gam reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
7.4 Promotion Amendments. 777gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any ongoing wagering requirement obligations at the time of cancellation will be honoured on a pro-rata basis.
8.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on 777gam use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on 777gam, including cricket betting on PSL, bilateral series, and ICC tournaments, are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type published within the sportsbook section. 777gam reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where match integrity concerns are identified.
8.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, 777gam's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the round. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Player's account.
8.4 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits per bet or game session may apply and are displayed within the relevant game or market. 777gam reserves the right to limit winnings from any single bet to the published maximum payout regardless of the theoretical return of the wager.

12.2 777gam's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 777gam does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may render the platform unavailable for periods of time. 777gam is not responsible for gaming losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.
777gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the registered mobile number or via a notice displayed upon login. The updated Terms will take effect on the date published. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their accounts before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 777gam arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice may be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits 777gam's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
